Connecting people and employers across Devon to create meaningful, paid employment.

How We Can Help

Connect to Work helps people build confidence, develop skills and overcome barriers to work, while supporting employers to recruit inclusively and access the support they need to grow their workforce. Whether you're looking for work, recruiting staff, or seeking support to stay in work, we're here to help you.

Funded by the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), the programme also supports people who are currently in work but at risk of losing their jobs, helping them stay in employment.

About the programme

What is Connect to Work?

Connect to Work is a voluntary supported employment programme designed to help people with disabilities, health conditions, or additional employment support needs find and sustain meaningful work.

By integrating work, health, and skills support, the programme aims to improve employment outcomes and reduce economic inactivity.
